• Final pricing is determined only after an on-site inspection to assess any additional work required.
• Prices exclude GST unless explicitly stated.
Additional Costs & Variations
Additional charges may apply for:
• Larger homes or double-story properties
• Extensive surface preparation (e.g., peeling paint, mold treatment, repairs)
• Custom colors requiring specialty paints or additional coats
• Difficult access areas requiring special equipment
• Structural issues or unforeseen repairs not included in the original quote
Scheduling and Completion Timeframes
• Estimated completion times (e.g., 3-day interior painting) are based on:
o Standard conditions (single-story, 3-bedroom home with minimal prep work).
o Reasonable weather conditions and client availability for access.
o No unexpected obstacles or delays caused by the homeowner.
• Sunshine Adelaide Painting is not responsible for delays due to:
o Weather conditions (rain, extreme heat, humidity).
o Acts of God (natural disasters, power outages, unforeseen events).
o Customer-related delays (e.g., changing colors, lack of access).
All start dates, scheduling windows, and completion timeframes provided by Sunshine Adelaide Painting — including any estimates referenced in advertisements, quotations, discussions, or promotional material — are approximate estimates only and are not guaranteed completion dates.
Project timelines may change due to factors including but not limited to:
• weather conditions
• acts of God or natural events
• illness or staff availability
• site access restrictions
• site conditions or property complexity
• preparation requirements or previously undiscovered surface issues
• additional work requested by the client
• delays caused by the client or third parties
• material shortages or supplier delays
• subcontractor availability
• safety requirements
• regulatory or compliance requirements
• any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Sunshine Adelaide Painting.
Sunshine Adelaide Painting will make reasonable efforts to complete works within estimated timeframes; however, the Client acknowledges that project duration may vary depending on the circumstances of each property and job.
Delays resulting from the above factors do not constitute a breach of contract, and Sunshine Adelaide Painting will not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages arising from such delays.
Paint Your Home in 3 Days or We Pay You $250 Per Day Late" Guarantee
• The 3-day guarantee applies only to standard single-story, 3-bedroom homes in good condition.
• The guarantee does not apply if delays occur due to:
o Weather conditions or force majeure events.
o Client-requested changes (e.g., rescheduling, additional work).
o Structural issues or poor surface conditions requiring extra preparation.
o Unforeseen health-related issues affecting the team (e.g., illness, injury, or emergencies).
• If Sunshine Adelaide Painting fails to complete the job in 3 days under standard
conditions, a $250 per day late compensation applies (capped at $750).
Payment Terms & Cancellations
• $0 deposit offers apply to standard jobs. Full payment is due upon satisfactory job completion.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled start date may incur a cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling due to weather or unforeseen circumstances will be arranged at the earliest available date.
Liability & Warranty
• Sunshine Adelaide Painting guarantees quality workmanship for 12 months from the completion date.
• Paint warranties are covered by the manufacturer and vary based on the product used.
• Sunshine Adelaide Painting is not liable for:
o Pre-existing damage or structural issues affecting the paint job.
o Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage after completion.
o Delays caused by the client or external factors beyond our control.
Exclusions
Unless explicitly stated, offers do not include:
• Painting of ceilings, trims, or fences unless specified.
• Wallpaper removal, extensive sanding, or major surface repairs.
• Painting of non-standard surfaces (e.g., textured walls, heritage buildings).
Limited Availability & Promotional Restrictions
• All offers are subject to painter availability at the time of booking.
• Promotional discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
